Tagliatelle with pistachio

INGREDIENTS:

500 gr of pasta.
200 gr of bacon.
1 onion.
250 gr of cooking cream.
100 gr of cured sheep cheese (pecorino).
80 gr of pistachio.
Nutmeg.
Black pepper.
Oil and salt.

PREPARATION METHOD

In a frying pan with oil, stir-fry the onion. Next, add the bacon with some salt, and stir until it becomes golden. At the same time, put the water to boil and add the tagliatelle.

Once the onion and the bacon are well stir-fried, add a tablespoon of boiling water and the cream. Everything has to be well mixed. Then, add black pepper and nutmeg. Add again some boiling water and add the goat cheese. Finally, drain the and mix it with the sauce. Next, in the bowl of the pasta with the sauce, add some small pieces of pistachio and mix it well.
